Tise, it should appear under the Mutations list as Kalashnikough. Once you subscribe, you may need to restart your game to let it download.

Editor Beetle, yes, the AKs do still need to be reloaded, but you'll always have infinite ammo in your reserve.

TiseM07, I do have a video (with editing for comedy purposes, but you still get the gist of it) and I've just posted it. The action starts at 0:26. The picture I posted above was the best I could get, and it was a lousy one. If you'd prefer, I can whip up a raw, less edited, simple demonstration video.
