That's the only deliberate creative change, yes; as the name & required items section show, this is a compilation of cybrixkhan's mods for CleanSlate, so CleanSlate changes get carried over. I didn't list them all because they're implied. No need to write out 2 dozen instances of 'replaced references to the fair trait with the attractive trait' & so on.

Does CK2+ change provinces (compared to CleanSlate, not vanilla)? If so, some of the modifiers & cultures will be in the wrong areas; if not, it should work fine, though some nicknames might be broken (but only if CK2+ adds new ones)

No, the only vanilla file this mod changes is 00_nickname_triggers.txt.

Just a thought, does this mod interact with the faction system?

@Mr. Kinich. So far my leading suspects are this mod Vs CKII+. Testing is proving to be unpleasant as the save prior to the events CTD when the mods aren't present.

I have no idea what could be causing this; are you using any other mods (other than CleanSlate)? If not, could you copy & paste the exact text of the event in question? I don't *think* it is this mod, but I can look through the files for something.

I'm not sure if this mod is involved but it seems likely.

I'm playing through as part of the Byzantine Empire and opt to support the rebels. Next thing I know I'm getting a dialog about betraying the rebel leader and how disappointed he is along with a loss of 250 prestige.
What? I just said I would back him and his faction! I end up being called into the war on the Rebel side anyway.
Re-loading and choosing the other option results in my backing the existing Emperor who is my loathed rival.

Would there be any way to convince you to make CK2Plus comp patches for your mods that need them. I understand if not. Maybe poor 'ol lonesome Wizzer could use some help with CK2Plus. A new HIP like community project, but Clean Slate/CK2Plus/Your mods would be awesome. Like I said though, not up to me.
