Try validating your game files, or if you haven't figured out how to spawn it, check Entities tab and then view "Realism" tab, and you'll find this entity

I had use PAC 3 before but i haven't attached the camera to the head bone because I never tried i only use the mod for putting cosmetics on my head

@Postal Dude It doesn’t take too much time, the camera would already be attached the head bone and you can save what you make

@Postal Dude Exactly! The whole idea of this addon was inspired of the thing Dark Shibe had mentioned, so I decided to make it so anyone else could have a realistic vision without spending much effort

Возможно проблема в модельке которой ти используешь, если модели ванильние, проверь файли гмода
