Hmm, I think you can do it by yourself.

Just remove like the doors on the side of the engine, completely remove the engine, and if you want more, just remove small details such the ventilation, throttle and buttons in the cabin. And after that don't forget to save the dupe so you can spawn your less laggy version.

Or

You can just wait me finished that old pickup truck and i will upload the less laggy version.
