Why is this 4 stars? Am I missing something? I got all the required mods.
i was messing around with my group, by adding in in another 4 slots and boosting up the number and everything but it was still decently easy.. also at the spawnrates we were running at, i belive we maxed out the spawn postions/ limit. we had loot = 200, looters = 300, looter bodies=200, spooks = 1000, rare spooks = 100, and very rare spooks =20 but it definatily did not feel like all the entities were spawning as requested

Partially in or fully behind? Actually three suitcases spawn each mission to offset problems like this.

Check with the Cytech guys for map performance. For this mission, try lowering the looter and spook spawn counts.
I have All your addons anyway. Good stuff.

If you open the source above, you can delete all the spook modules to remove the mod requirement. Then edit Rogue\Start.sqf. Set the various crSpookCount... variables to zero and crAnomalyCount to zero.
Any chance of getting a version of this Without the spooks and anomalies?
A version against just a Paramilitary or Rogue Faction?

To change the weapons and gear of AI men, edit Rogue\Misc\Looter.sqf (all you need to do is change the classNames in the arrays). If you need help with editing, message me on steam or discord.
For respawn, the design for this mission was to make something tense that you lose 9/10 times. But please edit it to suit your own tastes.

What is the issue with ACE?
although id recommend adding a respawn module or something alike since its really annoying when you die with good gear and you need to restart completely
