Yes, any size tank that could keep red-bellieds in the unmodded game should still be fine. There are no added scenery requirements and it is not larger than the official one.

Beautiful.... the stats concern me though... can you still fit a full tank of them in 90 size belfast tank? Piranhas are one of the easiest fresh water fish to keep and I would like to keep it that way

What a beautiful texture, it looks closer to the real Red-Bellied Piranha, I love it so much.
