then make a train bridge map with a bridge that you can blow up to derail the train

Unfortunately, I cannot add such feature. This would drastically reduce performance of the map and it wouldn't even look good. I don't want to waste my time on something that has no gameplay value and at the same time harms the performance and the whole idea of the map.

I really like the flatness and grayness of the map. It feels like a trainyard. Keep some of that, there are way too many pure grass train maps in this game.
This thing actually is really fun to ride, though. I hope you keep working on it.

It's cool, but the train is too fast to be used for anything right now.
You should also try to fix that turning issue. Center the point of rotation on the cars, and use the func_tracktrain's wheel spacing property to keep the wheels roughly aligned with the tracks and each other.
