I am definitely a meat eater but who cares. I thoroughly enjoyed this scenario. It was nice to think how to get the village to thrive and defend themselves differently. I was holding my breath at 54 villagers, 11 pregnant, and 15 old people, then a storm... and woot woot, 55 finally hit! Nice job, @Kangama! Thank you for putting in the effort to give this game new content!

Like, seriously, wtf is this space? Why are people on Steam this way? I make a mod for free for fun for others to play. I try to think of a way to make the game harder to play and add content and instead of saying "Hey, nice mod, I had fun" people come here and WHINGE and WHINE and CRY about how it's not HISTORICALLY ACCURATE.

@Narn: It's a bloody mod to make the game more interesting. You lot really need to stand back and appreciate someone modding this game for free instead of whinging about historical accuracy. It's a GAME to have FUN. JFC.

Saw this and laughed. Not historically accurate. These people would die of malnutrition in reality. If you track real life vegans they all suffer from medical conditions due to lack of proper nutrition. Most vegans switch back to meat after 5 years or die of malnutrition in 10.

These people would not survive. Not enough protein or B12 which is essential and only found in meat.

Ideas: maybe have a pyre instead of a burial mound; like dogs in the original game, other animals would need to be tamed before "asking" them for service; people will need some protection from carnivores - maybe a sturdy staff? maybe a way to make rope to replace leather?

I love this idea. Well thought out. I learned a lot from the challenges of this scenario. Can you add in some animals and even dogs? Dogs to help fight raiders, are omnivores and could easily eat the scraps from the farms. Other animals could be only those that are herbivores and have their attack mode turned off so they could just wander around and be appreciated. Could even turn off aging/death of animals so there would be no meat/hides/bones to collect. Overall, very nice effort.
