I too thought this was an animated asset until I noticed that the description is taken directly from Wikipedia. The REAL Tianjin Eye takes 30 minutes to complete a rotation, the one in the game just sits there and looks pretty :)

You mention it takes 30 minutes for rotation. why does it not rotate for me? I lined up both nodes to each other and is placed next to road. Thank you for this nice design.
