Then, after you launch TTS, you click "Create," then "Singleplayer." This will set up a room for you and will also give you a menu called "Games." You should see Leviathan Wilds next to the row labeled "Workshop" (though you might have to click "Workshop" to get the full list if you've subscribed to a bunch more TTS mods). You click it, and it will load the table and all of the components.
Note that you can click on "Multiplayer" from the main as well to set up your room, which creates a server that other people can join. Same thing applies, after starting the server, you can load the Leviathan Wilds mod via the Games / Workshop menu.
