Doors dont open

im having an issue where the subs railgun shells collide nothing near to the sub and it detonates itself

@Soft Head I'm afraid there aren't much possible improvements to be done within game editing.

@doge can it be adjusted in game? we play with this mod sometimes we get into crasy battles

@Soft Head make sure you have at least 2 rods in the reactor and keep in mind that this ship was not supposed to be on full-function constantly. You will have to wait for the battery to charge from time to time.

@Pish Posh I just import submarine (here refers to drone) file into a build and link it to a specific docking port

Also how did you... integrate the drone (and the maintenance door for that matter) into the submarine file?

Is it possible to modify the drone? I can't seem to access it in any way.

Reinstalled mod, bought ship again, is fine now. It's a mystery.

The drone seems to be getting a periscope trigger signal on its own. Doesn't matter if I take control and left click.

Drone is stuck undocking and re-docking permanently after buying the sub in single player campaign lol

How did you set it up to make a double click switch the state of the drone?

@Billonline I have no idea, but I'm 75% sure that there is something to do with the earlier changing of the Mod file management system.

I do not know why the hell this keeps propping up but your sub is CONSTANTLY plaguing my game, like when I dont even have it installed or subscribed to it gives me a fucking error for it. Like wtf?

Used this for campaign quite a lot. I'm struggling with the bottom coverage against enemies. Not my top pick, but there is this drone and it's like the best drone I've ever used.

@Yttri I don't know, it seems like the docking of shuttles/drones are falsely loaded, but I don't know why should this happen.

Bying this sub mid campaign produces error messages:
"Something went wrong when loading a linked submarine - the save didn't include a world position, a linked port or position relative to the main sub."
And drone and maintenance cover doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?

Unhook the shuttle battery charge rate inputs and it makes the lights dimmable :)

I fully recommend this sub, but only on servers that give you the freedom to improve it.

@Fjor for the state monitor I'm not really sure how should I make it into a separate build since if differs between ships, but maybe I can provide basic units in a more logically-clear way so you can copy-paste it in your own designs, same can be done to the periscope I guess.

Could you possibly make the State Monitor and "Over-riding Periscope" separate builds that we could paste into our ships and modify as we need? I'm really impressed with the complexity of the State Monitor and would love to be able to put one on my personal ship. Also, since I do a fair amount of playing with friends, the Over-Ride Periscope would come in handy!

@Jufo The drone is mostly same with my previous work, the Bronze Age. And a drone files was attached to Bronze Age if that is what you are looking for.

@[FFL] ネコトリ I did this through two steps: First I have a Long-into-pulse circuit which turns my every click (a click is in fact a very short lasting signal) into an exact pulse signal. Then I have a pulse calculator. This calculator is actually a memory components who get +1 when a pulse come in, and this memory will be set 0 after a certain time pause. If the value saved in the calculator reaches 2, then a double-click is detected.
As far as I know, other people are also using XOR as a double clicker, I can imagine how it works but I have never tried it myself.

That is a very unique drone design. Can you tell me how you set it to switch between steering and fire control on double click?

@Sokowl First, yes, the reactor is not automatically controlled. You can build your own control logic. Second, about adjusting the power grid, for example, you can change the battery recharge curve (currently recharge speed=100-charge percentage) so the battery can be more fully charged when balanced, or if you are playing mods like EK and you need few more machines, you can wire them to those relay components.

And as i see, the reactor has no automatics, right?
