The use of the industrial refinery as an entrance is great!

All 3 prospector ships are great. Very industrial ok and feel, and slight asymmetry makes them even more interesting. I wish there were more blocks to provide better visibility for pilots.

@Rumsar Go for it! As long as it's not an exact replica I don't see any reason not to share it. For example, I borrowed a few design ideas from the H1 Industrial Corvette (among others) for this build.

@bolland83 Umm I'm not sure how to contact ya but I built a ship that was 'heavily' inspired by this ship. By buddy and I found out that we REALLY like the way you design stuff so I used some of the techniques you used for this ship to make one. I'm not sure on how you feel about others taking your designs and warping them so I thought I'd contact you here and check to see if its ok for me to publish my creation.

Came to sing your praise but seems im not alone. Great design, only thing i could possibly find to complain about is the hanger size, but not even that big of an issue.

I sealed it by adding light armor slope 2x1x1 Base on each edge of the half block windows. Book end each set for a total of 4 blocks.

does anyone know why this ship turns my game into a stop motion slide show when on a planet

Yep, it's the half bock window walls, they were airtight before the last update, but now are only airtight if oriented the same as a half block next to them (or next to a full size block). The ones causing the issue are the gray window walls in the crew lounge/living area. Easiest fix is replace them with the L shaped corner 1/2 window pieces for a similar look, or swap the armor blocks next to them for 2x1 slope bases instead of the 1/2 slabs that are there now. I would fix it myself but am unable to update the blueprint.

The front of the ship not being air tight is because of the window walls. replace them with something els and it will pressurize

@Rubber Sword Thanks! Yeah, the jump drives are kinda tricky to work into a smaller ship like this sometimes. They're quite bulky.

What I am most impressed with is how the core constituent elements have been beautifully crafted around the Jump Drive.

The rest of the ship is excellent. Right in the collection!

@lackust Looking into it now, seems to take quite a while but you're right. I thought I had clearance there, guess not. Good catch!

Wow this thing is great. Might use a slightly modified version as my first ship to space.

Also, give star citizen another 5-8 years, not even trolling. Can you have fun in it? Yes. But you have to try quite hard, or bring at least half a dozen friends along with you. People really need to stop telling others to get SC until Alpha 4.0 is a thing.

This thing is amazing. I'm super envious of your creative skills. So much detail packed into every space.

I definitely would give star citizen a try if I were you, I personally have been having a lot of fun in the game with my friends (been playing for about a year and a half) , and the games been having a free play week until the 25th, so you've still got some time to check it out!

I love this ship. After hours of building in survival i flew it into space, collected platinum and returned to Pertram, unfortunately i was too fast (speed mod 140) and it crashed on the ground. Anyway, i was able to save the platinum. I will build the ship again and be more careful when landing :-)

@Aviantx Never saw that particular ship before, but looking at it now, I can see some similarities. Maybe they're long lost cousins? Star Citizen is one of those games on my "want to check out" list for sure though, they have some really slick looking ships.

@Aviantx it's not really a copy... There's no drilling arms, and this has a hangar. Just because it's baxy and angular doesn't make it a copy

Just going by Screenshots the Warfare DLC blocks I see are for the Bridge windows and the Hangar Doors. Idk where else they appear

how dependent is it on the warfare dlc's? I have all of the others. Like will it just all come apart? or will it just look odd in some places

@JustPrimeX - Just buy the DLCs when you have the money for it and if you don't like it.. suck it up and close the browser.

@JustPrimeX It's pretty dependent on some of the new blocks, but should be doable, you could try pasting it into a creative world as a station (turn unsupported stations ON in the settings first), and fill in the blanks. You will lose the rear airlock access without the Industrial refinery, but could swap those doors for some extra batteries or make the medical area a little larger and go to a full size med room instead of a survival kit.

A beautifully constructed ship. It comes together really well. Palpatine mentions a "hidden miner" but the hangar on the ship I pasted from blueprints was empty
