hey there. i have a suggestion: why not ever do the class 91 "electra"? they're cool, and unfortunately, are being phased out. i think making a class 91 asset could possibly preserve them.

@MJKERR then I wouldn't know what the problem is, unfortunately.

A possible solution could be to create custom train lines and assigning the train type manually using Improved Public Transport 2 and connecting the line to stations on the edge of the map

My local trains are not affected

I have watched the rail line at the entry point and compared with and without
The number of services per 10 minutes is the same, it is just the train type that stops becoming random

@MJKERR it's probably that your trains are despawning. When they despawn they are then replaced by one type of train - I had the same bug a while ago on my train lines, over time they would despawn one by one and get replaced by one specific train. Try checking if your trains are spawning the right way around at stations, aren't overlapping at stations, and aren't getting in each other's way.

I added this to enhance InterCity connections
Now all my InterCity trains are just the LNER (5 car)
I still have all the others selected, but I have not seen any since adding this
