When creating items that cannot be placed in one stack or in a stack of up to 4 items, the rest fall to the floor and cannot be picked up. At least I still haven't figured out how, including those that I placed myself.
No... I've not described explicitly yet how to use the mod. Because it was originally just running on a server, but I didn't expect so many people to subscribe after it was published.
There is an item named Builder Factory that can be used to fabricate many kinds of portable items, and three ways to get it:
1. Trade with merchant npc in the outpost
2. Auto spawn randomly in some containers
3. Fabricate in any fabricators
Thanks for the feedback and workaround. I also found a workaround to avoid this bug:
1. Select the item
2. Find its Holdable in the edit list on the right
3. Cancel its "Can Be Picked"
To edit item in wire mode without picking it up, you have to have inventory full of wires. that way there is no where to put the item.
In submarine editor mode, there is no way to access the wiring panel without detaching the machine. because E is used for opening panel and for detaching so it does both.
