does this mod work with agot? court positons + dosnt seem to work right now for me

Check your other mods, this one is fine. I thought the same the other day too, when I saw no court positions. For me, it was Polytheism Reborn, though it's sense been updated and not a problem anymore. You have something else that's either causing the problem on it's own, or as part of a clash.

Update? After 1.12 there are no court positions showing.

The compatch for Ketaros - Advanced Court is broken/out of date, and hasn’t been updated since June. Are you able to make an alternative please?

I uploaded japanese version as my own MOD.(changes are only localization files)
Japanese is not supported in official, so it have to upload another MOD to replace localization file of English forcefully.

Your mod appears to be incompatible with Cultures Expanded at the present. Not sure why- just ctded when i tried to load into 1066.

It seems that the newest update bricked this mod... :(
Many (maybe all) of the added positions have no text and no effect...
Was fine before current update... Legacy of Persia is not the cause(toggled that off and checked...)

Mod will be updated soon, but also keep in mind this will generally be good to use despite any CK3 updates. My next update will feature some cool stuff! I'll also look over what people have said here.

master_of_the_royal_mounted_couriers_court_position seems to have conflicting requirements:
minimum_rank = kingdom
but then:
valid_position = {
highest_held_title_tier >= tier_duchy

So I can't have in a Duchy because of the first requirement but it shows as available for a Duchy because of the 2nd requirement ;)

@Nevermore - That is interesting and I just thought too about how the Acclaimed Knights also have a succession system added as well. I will look at both the Regent and Acclaimed Knight systems to see if anything can be repurposed.

I think some of my roles mirror vanilla roles (not all of them, but ones I haven't updated) in that they get removed when they get imprisoned which adds to that tediousness of having to re-appoint them frequently so in my next update I am going to likely remove from all of my positions that removal or requirement to not be currently imprisoned. If anyone is against this let me know on Discord and I can find a compromise. But I know that tediousness and it's something that has bothered me too so I want to find ways to minimize re-appointments.

I don't know if this would be possible, but I believe this would improve court positions a huge amount.

Course positions in the game are tedious (constantly replacing dying, injured or aged out positions), and have minimal impact overall. To make them both more engaging and less tedious, these positions should have a succession system similar to that found in the regent position.

This would make it so that the roles get replaced automatically upon the death of the position holder. This would also make it more interesting for the liege and his court as the various vassals and courtiers could plot and jostle their way up the succession ladder for their chosen position. The liege could generate animosity and political difficulties if they promote the one who they want in the role.

I don't even know this is possible, but it would make the positions much more interesting.

BeatTh9Meat, Not sure if it is a typo or not but the royal mounted couriers equate to royal messengers, and they do help against plots but if you intent was for the royal mounted guard, it would be something like royal mounted cuirassiers.. if a horse guard was your goal. If it is messengers I would just say royal couriers ( Any long distance messenger is of course going to be mounted). Thanks for the great mod and helping expand the immersive gameplay!

Also, can you add a Wuzurg Framadār position for Zoroastrian ruler? It's the predecessor of Grand Vizier. The requirement is the same as Grand Vizier.

Hey, If i were to make a compatch between this and Ketaros's court mod, would that be okay to publish? Or does the circumstances mentioned before about your sentiments towards working with Ketaros make it so you prefer that I didnt?

Can you make grand vizier position only available to a Regent/Diarch that isn't the character close family?
