Hi Toriandra - sorry to hear that! This room hasn't been updated since about 2022 so I'm not shocked that things are perhaps a little broken. Really appreciate you giving it a go though - really nice to see a comment pop up after all these years!

Really enjoyed this room! I couldn't find any hints for the rocket order and couldn't finish but still had fun. It looks like there was supposed to be something on the back of the picture frame, so maybe a game update erased it.

I especially liked the hidden buttons triggering things.

Two advise:

1. Make the unusable items "dragable". Players hate the too much items in inventory.
2. Make a "discussion" here in Steam as "Hints" and give us some hints.

One final thought - there are two Queens - make sure you're using the right one!

Thanks for sticking with it. I have tried on the published version on another PC and the queen is working fine for me. You are trying to put her in the spot marked 1 with the dice, right? . I'm sorry if that's not working, I've no clue what it could be.

No, don't make it disable! Or make the key "MERGE". Because otherwise I can pick it up the key, but cannot put it back.

Queen: are you very sure there is no any problem with the queen's slot in the published version (maybe your current version is fine), but I try it with the morning version and there were no slot for the queen card: we couldnt put it down.

@ezkill42 - thank you for the feedback and the kind words! I have made some edits but I'm not sure I can prevent the cabinet and key aspect. I'm really glad you liked it.

@bardosy[HUN] - thanks for the feedback. I'm afraid I can't replicate this - I can pick up and put down the cards just fine without any deformation or getting 'stuck'. I've made a change to disable the slot to prevent closing and reclosing, so hopefully this won't cause any further issues. Thank you for the feedback and I hope you can give it another try!

Card lock issues:
The main problem is the Queen card slot not working. We could put the other two cards, but not the queen. Minor issue: when we put the king card and then took the umbrella back, the king card teleport back to the closet. So we put back the umbrella, the closet opened and we could take the king card but deformed. It was the same card, because we could put back on the slot on the table, but it was deformed.

The main issue was the queen card slot, so we cannot continue the room.

Nicely done room, looks and animation very good. Perhaps some of your hints are a bit loosely coupled. For example the hymn . Two things I noted you may want to know: You can get into lab without doing the Queen's gambit (just get close to cabinet with key in hand and it sucks it right in). Also, screen by whiteboard has gear cursor but doesn't seem to do anything.

I see what our issue was We were expecting the rockets to just snap into place and they never did so we thought we were doing something wrong

Hi Table - thanks for the feedback. I've now added obstacles to prevent things being lost out through the window, and fixed the bug with the queen. Regarding the rockets, if you've got all four you put them on the dumbbells, but I am going to rename those now to make it a little clearer for people.

Got stuck We got 4 of the rockets and found the picture showing the rockets and their colors, seems we were missing one, but there was no place to put them. We saw the white one on the dumb bells, but not sure what to do with it. We also broke the room a couple times. One we picked up the queen after it had been locked in and it wouldn't lock in again. Then you could throw stuff out the windows and never get them back

Hi Solenya - the water cooler combo lock uses the diary/computer log entry which mentions water.

Actual solution - the computer log gives you the two subjects who aren't you - 63 and 54, so the code is 6354.

Picture - the picture on the warning sign is of explosive decompression. I'll try make this clearer.
