Nevermind, turns out Gunsmith Reloaded (and pretty much anything to do with counter strike addons for some reason) breaks attachments in all Arc bases so yeah

Keeping with the theme of silly fun stuff, are training packages in here?
I've been messing with a few of them and always wondered, what about a really bad one.

Training Package: Literally Untrained,
+110% reload speed,
-100% reliablity (because you don't know how to keep your gun clean)
+75% imprecision
+350% recoil
you get the idea.

Imagine you're the Far Cry guy but somehow didn't master firearms the second you picked one up for the first time.
