Given that TiberianEuan's version appears to have been removed from their workshop, I uploaded the B42 patch version I made for personal use for those who are interested. This patch mod is a temporary measure until YYM331 officially updates the mod.

Regarding which, YYM331 - feel free to straight up commandeer my version, and re-upload it as part of the original if you want. It's all your textures in any case, all the patch does is get it working for B42. (I added you so I can send you whole file if needed)

As for my own side, I noticed some misalignment in the blood stains on some zombie textures. Once I fix that, I plan to release the B42 version of the nude textures.

Additionally, I’m not sure if it's necessary, but I might need to add pubic hair. (I'm still uncertain about this, but the blood stain misalignment is the priority.)

However, I do find this mod useful for making underwear worth wearing, especially in multiplayer. If the creator has some time available, an update to this mod for the newest unstable version would be, as they say, pretty cool.
