@Panpere did you use sv_rescue_disabled 1 to turn off closet respawning and sv_permawipe 1 for no restarts? Also to @Jaiz, survivors will always respawn in saferooms as it is hard coded into the game and is unchangable. The only suggestion I can offer is manually killing dead players or writing a script to kill previously dead player on round start.

yea wasent till i playd it and had a death we realised it was a fucked up mod what bullshit sounded like a fun challenge

The mod is completely broken actually, dead survivors respawn in the saferoom for every map and the respawn closets still make dead survivors respawn.

The respawn closets still work, so it's kinda useless

its suppost to do that gona ned more players if you want it to continu when your dead but you wont com back

if u want 1 thats bettergo to the search option and type in deaths edge
