I don't have death cert unlocked.. but still got it from a haunted chest... on the first floor

Why does not install? i download it but still does not install. It dosent appear even in the mod menu

10/10 got death cert from a haunted chest...without unlocking it

atlas it doesnt matter but it probably messed up with something about picking up every item in the game but you could actually just get Death Certificate using like metranome

I've just added a mod of deleting that chest 'cause I've lost many really good T-Lost games and I have just seen this mod. I don't know what to do, help.

can you make it so this doesnt apply when playing as forgotten? since he can just open mimic chests for free with his melee attack this is kind of overpowered

The base game had an of making some items longer trigger when the player takes damage.
Changed items are:My Shadow,Bertrayel & Athame

any plans for Fiend Folio and Job compatibility? also, regarding Fiend Folio, they have a new type of consumable called Discs, which give you a 1 minute free trial with a few items from a specific loot pool depending on the Disc type. maybe make a Haunted Disc and Spiked Disc as well?

Oh,and wanted to tell that there are 2 Repentance Plus items & 2 Rep+ trinkets that I think should appear from Spiked Chests. And those would be Nerve Pinch & Blood Vessel,and Key Knife & Eden's Lock.

I heard that Mastema got a big update,so you should take a look to see what they added & removed so you can update. Also,since Fiend Folio is released yesterday,you should take a look on what items that you could put in these chests' item pools!

when a spiked/haunted chest spawns an item, it still drops its original contents, is this intentional?
also, guppy's eye doens't show the item/trinket, just wanted to let you know

@rumpchump death cert is far rarer in this pool than in the secret rooms when you consider that for haunted chest to spawn first a spiked chest has a small chance to replace a normal chest and then a haunted chest has a even smaller chance to replace a spiked chest. then its only a 15% chance for an item and there are 28 items so 1 in 28 multipled by all of those odds, its honestly insanely rare in a normal run

White Coat & Old Urn are from an Isaac mod called "Something Wicked"? I've never heard of that mod before.

Does Death Cert have a lower weight than the others? I feel like it should be really rare outside Secret room.

I was thinking that this could lead to stone chests having a unique item pool that's separate from the golden chest pool.

@Autumnchain stone chests have the same pool as golden chests already

@autumnchain stone chests can already drop items so i didnt feel it was necessary, where as both spiked and haunted chest, i feel should have the ability to drop items and dont
