Unfortunately it looks like this stopped working in the most recent build of unstable, and the most recent stable release. I just tested it with the latest unstable with all other mods disabled.
When you attempt to make 4 bottles of cold brew from a bottle of cold brew concentrate, the coffee disappears and so does the water and one of the bottles

As for "making bottles of cold brew" though. Yes. I updated this mod this afternoon to make bottles of coldbrew craftable.

Cold brew can be crafted from concentrate, and concentrate can be crafted from coffee grounds starting at cooking level 2. Check out the screen shots for the recipes.

That's a good idea. I'll have to look into it. As is, I don't think it will work. But I am sure there is a way.
