@Kaela Mensha Khaine haven't run into any issues when it occurred. (I did use the console command to force the crisis so there's that)

@lexduex yes type "event the_true_empire.0" (without the ") into the console, it will force spawn the crisis.

Is there a way to force this crisis to happen? I saw your reddit post and it says that there is 65% chance to happen.
