Nearly impossible to balance in a satisfying way... Unless I make the reloading Insurgency-level of slow, or make the damage too low. And then there's the instakill ability of its ammo, which is very important on higher difficulties.

When I was working on a Stechkin APS script for the Magnum slot, I essentially swapped the pistol classes around, making the Magnum a peashooter with a large magazine, and the pistols into dual powerful revolvers.

Then there's Custom Weapon Lab, but it doesn't allow adding secondary weapons so far.

Sucks not being able to have at least a 20 rnd mag for hunting season & for general defense, we'd be fucked in a zombie apocalypse unless all laws go null.

I had an APS Stechkin script before, which gave it a 20 round mag but with pretty low damage, making it almost useless, unless the dual pistols are also heavily modified.

On another note, some magazines in gun-unfriendly places like California have limiters installed in them, so even if they look like 30-rounders, they can only hold like 10.

Man, imagine Left 4 Dead set in California, where full-auto weapons are Tier 3, and everything else is a bolt-action and/or has that hideous grip fin, and there's almost no viable melee weapons.
