make sure you haven't placed the rig outside of the normal terrain boundaries
Zeus placement works well
Hey, yeah, putting anything outside of terrain boundaries will always cause strange behaviours, even with the vanilla in-game static ships, you'll generally want to avoid placing any objects or AI outside of terrain boundaries to prevent issues.
Btw, thanks for your fast reply!
FTR,

- Not sure why your objects are dissappearing that quickly. It'd be cool if you could share a screenshot so I better understand.
- I added that helipad object because it looked cool. Yeah, if you want AI to land there, you will need to add an invisible helipad object.
- Thanks.
Do you have any idea on why most of the objects are not visible anymore as soon as take off from the rig via heli and not visible when I fly towards it, until I touch the surface of the rig? My graphics settings are maxed out.
Btw, why do you create the helipad this way? As I see it, is not even a helipad in gameplay terms (i.e. the AI cannot land on it - i had to add an "invisible helipad" prop on top of it in order to make it work). I'm rather new to mission making and just want to understand it.
Again, thanks for your work and making it available to be placed on all maps :)
Great job, I usually do custom navmeshes (if we can even call them that way) for this kind of compositions. That abviously requires some knowledge for mission making but its possible if you are dedicated enough.
Still, Ai is usually able to see through objects bulked up in places like this one but this doesnt take away from the enjoyment.
if you're at all familiar with ARMA ai then you would know that it would have trouble walking on user placed objects.
