I converted them using SFM, using a method known as 'puppeting' i was able to import both the valvebiped skeleton and tf2 skeleton, i then basically have the valvebiped skeleton follow the tf2 skeleton, then i imported whatever animations were neccesary, then i baked the animations to the valvebiped skeleton and exported them, deleting the tf2 skeleton,
then adjusted them in blender so they look more accurate, since 90% of the time when i import the animation into blender they are sideways.
If you have any other questions, or wish to inquire more, feel free to ask.
but what do i know
facts dont care about my feelings
As this animations are ONLY meant to the tf2 ragdolls
It kinda feels a lil janky
The pose doesn´t look natural in other types of ragdoll
The cartoony ones looks so uncanny
WHEN HE SAY SPEEEEEN
I GO AHAHAHAHAHAH
