So you should be able to use that mod but the undies provided may not work with the edits Real Undies make.
However it seems possible to make this happen :)

Once the game is stable, I will be doing an overhaul to include some extra clothing and I would like to create some patches for the most popular mods.

If that mod does not impact base game underclothing then this mod loaded after that one should work.
Fuyuno, This mod does not add visual damage, however if you patch or repair it will attempt to do so. Sadly it will use the patching for lower body so your brief's may render a patch on your thigh vs the garment itself. I am not skilled enough to fix this. (how ever as I learn more about modding this may be a reality one day.)

Also I figured out how to get the 42 tag (woot woot) There is a lot going on in 42 and I am feeling inspired :)

Well, it's good that I saved all of my B41 mods and check back on them periodically, because permanent underwear always struck me as weird.
I do not know the voodoo that others are using to update the tag. Once figured out, I will slap a tag on it so fast you can say "wow that was somewhat quick."
I have figured out the new mod folder structure. I am going to check all the items and if they are good I will get a b42 mod up. I do not want to make any time frames as I want it to work with no issues for all of you.
Pipe dream I know, Unstable undies is being worked on.

Just wanted to point out that Tights are treated as Long Socks in the Inspect menu, when the icon implies they should cover foot to waist. Is it possible to tweak that myself?
