I've fixed the missing "No beard" option for cannibal scavs.

The Cannibal race has 32 beards, the last one being no beard, while the Cannibal Skav race only has 31, missing the no beard option. Can you fix this please?

I've released an update and cannibal scavs should now properly spawn with hair.

theres no hair in npc cannibal skav but cannibals do have one

It adds hair to all cannibals, including npcs.

I'd recommend importing, as otherwise only newly-spawned squads would have hair.
