Is there anyway to edit this so that Skaven would join with chaos instead of being in the second mega faction?

@Decomposed virtually yes, moreover now alliances are formed faster and it is not necessary for the player to offer treaties the ai will do it as it discovers factions.

So, the races inside each of the 3 mega factions are unbreakable allies? That would be awesome.
