Friendly locals just works like that, it doesn't have additional conditionals that prevent it from spawning on non colonized planets
(Including if we find out it's another mod)

I know about the "normal" softlocks. Like when a quest or ai gets janked and you need to reload/restart. We also know about the "infinite pending" in multiplayer. Where you need to check all notifications for the turn to end. We have also had pure crashes, especially in multiplayer BUT the big difference is that all of those are avoidable/fixable by restarting, reloading, looking through bug guides or otherwise.
This specific mod is the only one we have envountered that freezes the whole game without giving a output log, without saving, without being fixed by restarting. The game locks up and with a "alt´f4" restart it works until you press the end turn button again at which point the freeze repeats as before.
We play in large maps, normal speed, 8 empires.

But even without number 6-7(Marketplace & Heroes of endless) It still doesn't work.
