It should work with both seljuks and ottomans. This mod applies to units, not factions. Please notify me if the mod seems to have stopped working entirely. It should function just fine as long as these units were not changed in the main mod.

Does this Mod only work on Ottomans or is it also Usable with Seljuks because it seems it doesnt work or i dont noticed anything different

I suggest you learn how to mess with packfiles by using RPFM. It is not difficult. It is literally just editing numbers.

love this mod really do but can i somehow modify or anything of this version that doesnt have the chainmail and vambrace its just a genuine question cause i love how they look without armor

Redid the textures to add more variation except for the Peyk Guard, which I gave more armor since their stats were buffed quite a bit.
