The one (Fenf Huang) you found of the Guangxi aviation academy he is incharge of the Guangxi aviation academy,and suppose he is service in army not air force,if you looking for the air chief of Guangxi,you can get >>> idea_GXC_Lin_Weicheng<<< from my mod.He is the chief command of Guangxi AirForce before 1938.
And the aviation academy of Shanxi is difficult to find,because after 1930,Shanxi is no more AirForce,the one i found>>>idea_SHX_Zhong_Jihan<<< he was the chief of the Shanxi aviation academy in 1928,if you need it,you can get this two without credits. : )

No problem! But you should look out for some of these Italian dudes in case you are lacking naval or air advisors, since I am pretty sure Italy had people from these areas trying to help China. I am unsure if they merely helped the main government or if their help reached other warlords. But yes most of them were recalled before 1940. But since you included the German (Von Falk) and the American boy (Chennault) I thought it wouldn't be a big issue.
Alberto de Stenfani was an economist/financial advisor in early 1930s,I’m not sure when he back to Italy,maybe 1936/37 or earlier,and also the National China have T V Soong & H H Kung as economic/financial advisor,so that I don’t have planing to add him as Chinese advisor
My advisor is base on 1936-1949 who service in related government/military department
I search these advisor form the historical documents,the Yunnan,Guangxi & Shanxi warlord advisor will not become National China’s advisor,because the warlord is autonomy at that time
Maybe you know more about the matter, but the Fascists from Italy sent high-profile military officers, politicians, and academics to China before the Germans. I am unsure to what extent, but I know that Alberto de Stefani was amongst one of these.
Perhaps you could include some of these, in case China is not at war with Italy.

Actually,these 100+ Chinese advisors is not all is for CHI
Guangxi,Shanxi & Yunnan both is 19 advisors,include1 Chief if Airforce,2 Chief of Army,2 Theorist,6 High Command,8 Political Advisor
Maybe not,because so many options about the Chinese general in steam workshop,but the advisor is so little and not complete,my 100+ Historical Chinese Advisor is included CHI,GXC,SHX,YUN

I did find a chief of the Guanxi aviation academy in 1937:

I also learned that Shanxi had an aviation academy and air corps but couldn't find the name of any director/instructor (except that Korean who died in 1930).
It would really help if I could take elements from your mod (with credits of course)
