can you make it so 2 of hearts will actually multiply your soul hearts and eternal hearts will give you a black heart if you can't have red hearts

hey, for tainted forgotten, this gives two soul hearts.

This honestly makes sense, I remember playing ??? and seeing a full health pill like "wow thats useless!"

Good job, I always thought this was not fair.
But i think removing full health pill and The Sun buffs would be more balanced and lore wise.
Maybe 2 of Heart should also be 2 blue heart

Great!. Maybe, if the idea is for them to be difficult, there could be an option to make it give you just half a soul heart, so you don't end up just dissapointed anytime you encounter them.

Also support the idea to add full heals and such to the mod (or another mod)!

why isnt this in base game

you should add full health pills & sun cards and other full heals to the mod
