Has someone taken over this mod? I saw the functionality i think it was on MESA and/or INX, there though also for freshly tamed creatures. Would be nice to have that mod available for everyone and viable also for singleplayer.

Feel like I've gotten so close but still missed the mark finding this. If I'm understanding this correctly, this mod renames the dino after you click cancel on the "name your baby dino" pop-up that you just leave blank.

That's great. However, the mod I'm looking for is one that flat out disables that pop-up from happening in the first place. For my situation I don't care about anything to do with the name, just that the pop-up doesn't happen when I'm busy with a fast paced breeding program and I could've sworn there was an easy check box setting tucked away somewhere that just turns it off but I just can't find it. Anybody know where I could find that feature?

Don't Download this mod, broke my server .bat file, couldn't start the server unless I found what mod was breaking it and it happened to be this one.

Is there any way to trigger this automatic naming on any dino, including ones that are already grown/named/etc? Would be handy to be able to put the stats automatically for dinos being tamed or dinos we already had.

Same situation for me, config options don't appear to work (I turned off food and gender in my case, but it still shows in the rename)

Also couldn't get the config to work. Can confirm it does rename babies when Dino Storage v2 terminals picks them up. So if you dont mind it missing the oxygen stat by default it's good out of the box. I want that oxy on however.

Same here. Always get's the default naming scheme.

The problem with Mutations is, the Baby does not really store any information on what stats the Parents have, so the mod would have to check for every Dino in it's proximity and match the binary files to find the parents and compare the stats. This would be way to intensive to check for every dino, this could potentionally cause server lag. And if the Parents aren't nearby (for eggs thats mostly the case) it wouldn't find any stats to compare.

So there is never the garantee that it will properly work.

when i go on a mutation binge for a change of game play this helps so much streamlining the pain of hunting stats

Any way to customize what stats we want? also you can remove spaces to allow for more space for stats (ESPECIALLY on servers that have max wild spawn 600.. stats get crazy). maybe a single space after M or F, but the rest of it doesnt need spaces.
