This does not do that, but I think I remember another mod that adds a sedative pill that you could probably use.

I was hoping to find an anaesthetic pill I can schedule , so I can have the new arrivals cleaned of drug dependencies by "putting them under" for a week.

I've learned something about myself: Apparently I'm incapable of spelling "anesthetic" the same way twice in a row, because various spellings are all over my code.
