There's a TML mod called Better Night Sky, it's basically what it sounds like and it's similar to this. Sure is a good thing this is kind of like that, thanks for this pack!

Having checked yes this pack also changes the color of the shooting stars. (as it turns out shooting stars dont have their own files in terraria they use the same colors as the regular stars so some shooting stars will be red some will be yellow and some blue.)
