will you bring your old mods to warhammer 3?

Can someone tell me what this does exactly...all I can read is 3 new LL and they're Sages who do a ritual (is this like Vortex?) and it allows me to summon troops?
Something about being only able to choose 1 Chaos God to worship - I'm guessing these are skills?
The green hands dude looks good though.
