I have figured out the problem. Said Cabinets had the "hidden in game" checked on, Turning it off will fix the issue

Both The Mechanical and Medical Fabricators Storage cabinets are somewhat broken. You cant look into them, but whats inside them you can use to craft. You cant put stuff back in as well. Deconstructors do work as intended tho.

Does it really need the NOATUN mod? or is that just extra?

Incredibly balanced sub, visually beautiful and a blast with a large crew. I've never played on a sub with so much attention to detail regarding it's weaknesses, which are made in a dynamic way to where they enhance the experience instead of being annoying. Simply amazing.
