@Puddings I know this comment is a year old but, to hear the heartbeat, your character has to be extremely panicked (by multiple zombies, hordes, or just generally, a lot of zombies).

for some reason this mod also removes any sound from TVs, might also be the case with other things but I've only used this mod for a very short time.
