not sure; really disappointed with game performance - if they ever fix that and get better AI then sure. In the meantime, feeel free to take it and make an update done!

Can't declare war on the brunai Imperium while it's a fallen empire nor i can do anything but fight their fleets when they throw them at me when they are awaken. They just keep their borders closed and i can't do anything but watch as they throw fleets at me.
