They are not. I will be releasing vehicle versions in a pack soon. I wanted to model all the assets I need first then will make the vehicles after. Should be dropping the pack the first week of February.

Are there actual vehicle assets included, too, to customize trains in editor?

These will work great in my engine yard and i especially love the graffiti models those are great! :)
