I understand bots is something you can not control and they respawn so quickly it really doesn't make a difference. What I was referring to is it would be nice to feel the effects of a moving train. Like in Ninja Gaiden when the rain and wind pushes against you on a certain level making it much harder, that is how it should feel on the train while outside it.

Also have a repeating tunnel that if you are on the roof of the train and not ducking you die. And while in the tunnel, it is pitch black in the train unless you have lanterns lit. And you could have other repeating obstacles like those water stops with the long arm that swings over the train to knock a potential player off.

And now that we have horses imagine a fast train trying to escape a gang of bandits! Seriously though, really great work! Actually one of my favorite maps. I was not joking when I said I wish it was on a server rotation.

Thanks! I spent all that time on a custom nav mesh for nothing... can't do much about the bots deciding to go back while they're in the middle of jumping train cars. Glad you like the map though.

Really nice map! Would love to see this in a server rotation. Maybe add wind effects though. Bots are dumb, but real players should be able to traverse it easily otherwise.

ah yeah for upload, this map is also on gamebanana but I can't be assed to keep it updated.

Nevermind, got it off my client side, zipped up the BSP and NAV copied it up to my server, and copied up BZipped copies of BSP and NAV to fast-download/web server.

you could make the windows destructible, and the main wagon which contains an invisible wall making it impossible to hit enemies
