Could you make a glow tape vaccine, kind of like how you did with the TNT so it didnt cover the text or obstruct the texture. It just seems like the military probably would want the TNT, Nades, med-kits and vaccines to be as visible as possible and your the only person who doesn't just make the texture full-bright.
