Nah, I just had too much speed and since it spawns you in the center of the room I had no time to react and died in under a second.

Yazorock strange that it happened, I'm not sure what could have caused that because in the mod I set the players to spawn at the center of the room when this boss appears to avoid this problem.

can I ask to you to test it again if this happens again? open the game, open the debug console and put that: spawn 987.390, if you can try it on co-op to be sure that's not a problem with co-op

I spawned on top of this boss, he was on the far right, the door was on the far left, still spawned where he did. I was in co-op if that matters

Dude, I suggest you change dark matter that when he is in entrance animation, he can't be damaged, since one time I was lucky and got some op items, then I damaged him many HP before he finished his entrance animation, which I think is unfair, so the change is to prevent this case.

Just froze him when he spawned in with Mum's Contact and when he unfroze he was stuck in his spawning in animation.

Drawcia Soul would work well for the Mausoleum.
