As far as I can tell, if you moved this a cell or two north it would resolve the conflict.

I think the loot is wrong, the cabinets in the kitchen area spawn office supplies. So pens and paper instead of can openers and pots.

Loving this mod, only slight issue is that the garage door seems to always be locked - even from the inside I can't open it. Might just be bad luck, only tested it twice.

I've gotten this game mainly because I saw the modding/mapmaking potential, and thought I'd do it for fun, but never gotten around to it, maybe one day, I'll just save the vid for now.
