1. Author can claim copyright infringement if you don't ask for permission, and that will be a problem.
2. It's pretty simple, and you can do it if you know at least a little bit about source modding, well, if you don't, here's a guide:
1. Download
GCFScape or VPKEdit at your discretion, but VPK Edit is newer software.
2. Download your addon and open the local files of the game you downloaded the addon to, for example: Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons.
3. Open the VPK archive of the addon and extract all its content to the folder GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\"youraddon"
4. Congratulations, you have extracted the addon content!
