Would it be possible to give warscore by orbiting a colossus over an enemy capital?

This mod shouldn't be giving you the potential incompatible icon on the launcher. Although if it is, I'll take a look at it.
As it is, this mod is highly unlikely to have compatibility issues (either with the base game or with other mods) due to how it hooks into the code/scripts. Unless Paradox goes and breaks everything.

Its not. Vanilla only has the following
Global Pacifier
World Cracker
Neutron Sweep
Divine Enforcer
Nanobot Diffuser
Deluge Machine

The mod should default to treating it like a Planet Cracker if your colossus has a non-vanilla planet killer class weapon.

I don't see why not. If someone wants to patch in their favorite world types so the Deluge Machine recognizes them as ocean, go right ahead. Just acknowledge the source.

Is there any chance of a patch (or somebody being allowed to make a patch) for this and the various planetary diversity "offshoots" of Ocean Worlds, such as Reef Worlds/Aquatic Worlds?

This is actually a pretty cool idea. I'd imagine having a device of power, such as a colossus, in orbit of a world would definitely make the planets inhabitants feel some kinda way about it. Good or bad, they're gonna feel it.

Wasn't sure what the Nanobot would do, so I just made it give a minor boost to stability and crime reduction. I'll update this page with more pictures of each one in action.
