can you please make the texture of the weapon in the hands of the hero a little longer by putting the "silencer" otherwise you can't distinguish it from the usual MP5N when in your hands

I see that there is a problem IF the "Currency System"-Mutator is enabled.

Can you try to disable other mods for testing?

Maybe there is a problem in combination with another one.

it should be available in all game-modes.

Can you nagivate to
Modding -> Steam workshop -> Subscribed Mods
and check if the mod is in the list and enabled?
