No, my own dedicated server. That's where I tried hosting this. Nevertheless I still think the problem is on my end and I've received confirmation from you that this mod works so it's cool.

All right. Cause I tried running this on my dedicated server which of course has sourcemod among other essential mods and couldn't figure out what went wrong (if there were more than 4 players, they were forced to spectate and coudn't join with jointeam 2 even). Thanks for the information, I'll keep trouble-shooting on my end, and probably try local next time.
