I'm not an author of this mod though...

That's nothing to do with this mod.
What this mod only does is unlock Varangian Veterans and Joms Viking MAA through Hiraeth's Pillage Legacy.

If this doesn't fix non-Norse countries from getting Norse MAA then let me know so i can fix it again XD
