@heiko Sorry, I was very busy at work all December, therefore couldn't work on the mod as much as I planned. I'm not sure when I will release the thing, but I am trying my best to work on it as much as I can.

when will the uptate be released

Change of plans.

After some considerations, I decided I'll be releasing the mod AFTER the new DLC comes out. My initial release date was planned on November 14th, which later coincided with the new DLC's release date. Since these two dates clash, it's going to create way too many issues for everybody.

I have a large chunk of the new mod done (about 60% I'd say). So once the DLC comes out, I'll update what I already have to the new version of the game and continue working on what's still in progress.

Depending on how things go, I'd say the new mod will release in late November, maybe early December. At least that's the plan for the moment.

Not that long, it's just that I don't have too much free time on my hands. BBA did in fact break a lot of things, but I think it's manageable. Don't worry, I'll figure it out :)

How long do you think It'll take to update it? Did BBA break alot of things or just Air and the Navy research trees?

Actually, long before they announced the DLC, I thought about making a plane designer similar to the NSB/MtG. It was one of the ideas I was fiddling with for a while. Good thing they started incorporating it so I wouldn't have to, lol. So when they release the BBA DLC, I'm surely gonna take a look at it and probably expand it, since my mod has aircraft research up to 1950s. As for the tree itself, let's wait for the DLC to come out.

Do you plan on expanding the new aircraft research tree when the By Blood Alone DLC comes out?

Can I add the ability to transform old equipment into new equipment? You know, late in the game those old gears are always a lot and useless

(the mod I just linked is a patch I made right after reading your comments. It keeps the building rebalancing introduced by Frigate's Content Pack while also expanding the max building slots to 75)

The two mods are incompatible; both modify the same aspect of the game (as in the same game files), so it won't be possible to combine the two.

It is not that hard to merge the two mods by the looks of it, and anyone half-decent at modding could pull it off. Unfortunately, I do not have time and resources to make these compatibility mods and to maintain them.
